The Zwicker/Rudge Family
Kneesaa joined our family on November 10, 2020. The girls had been asking for a dog for years but I always felt our family was too busy to care for a dog between work, school, competitive sports teams, and travel. This past year our girls started jobs of their own and our oldest got her license which we soon realized freed up a lot of our time. William and I felt a bit of a void in our lives so we started the search for the perfect dog to fit in to our lifestyle. We are avid campers so we knew it had to be a small breed dog that was easy to travel with. William said if we are getting a small dog it needs to look like an
So, search for an Ewok looking dog we did. We spent 4 months scanning ads, searching the internet, and talking to other dog owners for recommendations. We were starting to lose hope when we expanded our search out of province and found Emerald Isle Lhatese. I can’t say enough great things about this breeder. Right from the beginning Sarah made the adoption process so easy. She was always there to answer questions, send us pictures, and arrange zoom calls so we could spend time and see our little Kneesaa grow.
Adopting Kneesaa was one of the best decisions we have made. She has adapted to our home and family so well. She was easy to train and just goes with the flow. She loves her walks with me and her afternoon naps with William. She loves to cuddle and play. She loves the outdoors whether it is laying in the sun, sitting on the deck with the wind blowing through her hair, or plowing throwing the snow with her face. Kneesaa may be small but her personality is big and mighty. She is very determined. When she wants something, she finds a way to get it. Whether it’s nipping at our feet for our attention or dragging all of her toys out of her basket to find the perfect one to play with. She has grown so much over the last few months. From a little puppy that could only drag the rope and ball toy that weighed more than her to now carrying it around with authority bringing it to us to throw and play.
Thank you, Sarah and Daniel. We couldn’t be happier with our little Kneesaa. She was the perfect addition to our family. We love her so much.
